Now, I promise I wont take pictures of everything we eat, but this was a couple's kitchen adventure. We had a late night craving for something sweet and a little different. We recently discovered that pitas make amazing pizza crusts for home made pizzas, and decided we wanted dessert pizza. We used the pita for the crust, had some left over glaze like frosting from a butter braid we got from one of the neighbor kid's school fundraiser, and had blueberries in the freezer. So we make a half batch of this crumb topping, warmed some frozen blueberries from our freezer, and set to work.

It should be noted that John loves brown sugar. He is sneaky and I must keep an eye on him :) I'm kidding, I did it too :D
The half batch of crumb topping ended up being way too much, so its in the fridge for round 2. If we do it again, I think I will quarter it. I would say it turned out just as good if not better than most dessert pizzas I have had at a restaurant. A bonding adventure in the kitchen with my man!
